The most difficult thing is the decision to act, the rest is merely tenacity. – Amelia Earhart
Depression, anxiety, relationship, and career problems. These difficulties of living represent powerful opportunities for growth and transformation. In reality, this is not always easy to see. A first step is developing insight, combined with a willingness to accept increasing levels of personal responsibility. As a therapist, my orientation is holistic. I incorporate a whole-person approach that emphasizes physical, mental, emotional, and interpersonal factors.
If you’re hurting, it’s because it hurts and you’re feeling something completely normal. Your action to seek out support is an indication that you’re not ready to give up! I believe that there’s still hope, there’s always hope!
Psychotherapy is often about turning our ghosts into ancestors. By identifying the source of our generational traumas, our ghosts can go from haunting us to becoming simply part of our history. Together we can unpack what’s keeping you “stuck,” and find solutions, and motivations to get you to a place of joy.
Our self-worth is often validated through the relationships we have with others. For More information Call Us: (714)-290-6192
